Customer service is our focus at WayneWright Construction, which impacts every aspect of each project in which we are engaged. Every contractor will tell you that they will be on time and within budget.  If a contractor does not promise this, they are in the wrong business.  Being able to deliver is another story. Principals, Wayne Schepens and Josh Nicodemus, have over 20 years professional engineering experience providing WayneWright the tools to deliver.

Not many contractors can say that their project will be monitored from start to finish by a Licensed Engineer. At WayneWright, our project managers are licensed Professional Engineers. Construction and design is extremely detailed oriented and cutting corners is not acceptable. Our engineers put more than their reputation on the line and take their work and responsibility very seriously. The homeowner has peace of mind that all structures will be safe and constructed in the most efficient manner possible.   

Additionally, WayneWright Construction gives the homeowner the opportunity to take control of their budget. It is easy to see our focus as early as the proposal process.  Most contractors will provide a proposal consisting of a couple paragraphs of text with a large number at the end. There is virtually no justification for the pricing. Where is that money spent?  How much is really spent on the project?  WayneWright Construction provides a fully itemized proposal, which includes every item requiring expense. We have a budget for every step within the project. Our ‘cost plus fee’ method allows the homeowner to control what is spent on each step, ultimately giving control of the budget back to the customer. 

We help with DESIGNS?
Our staff has experience with architecture and design.  The combination of an open mind and hard work can generate plenty of ideas to get the perfect look, feel, and layout for your home.  You will not find a contractor that will work harder to build exactly what you want or research new technologies, designs, and ideas to exceed your expectations.  We strive to evolve with the times to better serve the customer.

What sets WayneWright apart from others?

Managing time constraints is not rocket science, but it does require a specific tool set and discipline.  Our expertise in Project Management sets us ahead of our competition. Most contractors come from a trade field and have virtually no project management experience and certainly no engineering experience.  All of our project managers are Engineers and have outstanding mastery of management tools and are experience in managing complex projects. Managing a construction project is done with in-depth knowledge of construction, detailed planning, discipline, determination, strong subcontractor relationships, and communication. 

You will see in our first meeting that we are easy to approach, extremely knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile, and accessible. When interviewing other contractors, we found that their biggest shortfalls were with customer service and communication. They simply do not have the tools to be successful due to their background and limitations. At WayneWright, customer service and communication is our focus and a great strength. This is evident when speaking with our references.
